Worked like a charm. Even better if I just dropped the original file on top of lightroom it pretty much imported the iphoto pictures into correct date files. Thanks a lot. Wish this had come up on my first, second etc search

my folders came up numbered 0-9 and A-F. the pictures in the folders were not from my iphoto account. does my computer need to be connected to the cloud? The pictures were in iphoto on an older computer. I stiil have that computer can I access them there using this method?
I have been trying to free up room on my iMac by exporting my photos to an external drive. 10K plus always getting stuck a bit over 8K. Is there a way to mass transfer photos easier than export? I tried uploading them to iCloud, Amazon Photo and the process is well FOREVER. Any help would be gratefully accepted.
You can also select multiple photos in iCloud by selecting moments. Click on the small plus sign in the top right corner of one of the moments. Voila! All the pictures in your moment are selected. You can download photos from iCloud to PC.
Apple does a beautiful job of printing photos in prints, photo books, calendars and more. Use the Photos tab to select photos and then create a new project from the plus icon at the top right end of the toolbar. Open the Projects tab and select a project. Add more photos within the project and then the app will let the user order the project. Apple will print the project and send it to the user or to someone else if the user chooses to send it as a gift for a friend or family member.
You can add additional folder paths to be skipped and ignored by clicking on the "Add..." button, browsing to and selecting the folder you would like to skip, then clicking "Select Folder". The folder you selected, plus any subfolders in that folder will be skipped. You should now see the path added in the list of folders to skip. Click "Save" to save.
another thing you can do is go to and download the icloud software. When your phone syncs with icloud it will also sync to special folders on your computer (iphotos, idocuments, iblahblah), and it should be as easy as just opening up a folder in the my pictures area depending on what version of windows you have. 2ff7e9595c
